Ok, hi~
You don't know me. And I don't know you (unless you're a fan of my pickles and cheesebread blog, then hey there!) but what I do know is this.
I'm going to become a kick ass pastry chef. How am I achieving that goal?
Simple. I'm enrolling into JobCorps Culinary Arts program, with the intention of getting into the Advanced Culinary Arts they offer at a different center.
Sometime this month I've got my interview for the program, and hopefully I get in. What'll happen is I get weekends off, and I'll put what I did for the week in a blog post. I do say that I'll do these things, and then I never do them. I did it for GaiaOnline quite a bit, and it'll probably happen again here.
